When the Covid pandemic hit restaurants had to close their doors, resulting in a great income loss. Taquería Rifados invited 9 illustrators to create the Lotería Taquera, (Lotería is a Mexican game similar to Bingo) comissioning different cards that reflected taco culture. All sells were donated to 4 taquerías in order to help them overcome economic distress. The lotería was printed in risography, so it was really fun to create the images taking the transparency of the colors into consideration and making most of this particularity.
